Article ARA - Quid du « Daily Production Schedule »

Le « Daily Production Schedule » (DPS) est en fait un « simple » rétro-planning. Aussi connu sous le nom de « Prep Schedule », on devrait même le nommer « Daily Pre-Production Schedule » pour être précis. 

 

Littéralement, un planning repose sur la planification d’échéances avec une date de début (le tournage par exemple via son plan de travail). Le rétro-planning, lui, consiste à les planifier avec une date butoir.
