La conception de la bande son d’une comédie musicale est un challenge excitant et important dont se prend à rêver la plupart des technicien.ne.s du son. Dans la grande majorité des cas, la musique originale d’une œuvre cinématographique est instrumentale, accompagnant le geste de mise en scène. Dans le cas de la comédie musicale, cette musique fait partie intégrante de la genèse du film, de son écriture et d’une majorité de choix faits par la mise en scène.
